Here is a request of a lesser known Janice Kapp Perry song.  I had never heard it.

The chords that came with it, were written off key from the piano music, so I didnt add them in.  They clashed something fierce.

This one was just one I happened across while at lds.org.  For some reason, this song makes me remember one of my primary programs as a kid.  I dont particularly like it so much, but it is decent enough.

Mutual Theme Request

Hey all,
Here is the latest request.  i took a few liberties figuring this out for uke.  i switched a couple of octaves, i made some chord accompaniment , etc.... i hope you like it.  it is quite a nice tune.  It might be best to have the uke do a chord accompaniment as opposed to have it pick the melody.  There is a youtube version that is at the link (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PpPxByEdpIo) to get a good pattern going for strumming.  I suggest really accentuating the first beat of each measure to match the pattern online (it seems to have a guitar or two or three playing chords).

Probably the Best Song

This song is one of the most touching songs out there.  My kids learned it in primary a few years back and it blew me away!  It was hard to hear and not get a little choked up.  And I dont cry at the drop of a hat....ask my wife, she laments my lack of tearing at special events....weddings, baby births, etc....

Gethsemane is a great tune!   Hope you like it.

This song has a few notes that a typical Uke cant get so it is transposed up 1/2 a step.  The chords are also changed from the original.  (The hands signals are not included).

So it wont accompany well if you are using the sheet music from the Childrens Songbook.

If the Savior Stood Beside Me

UkeMomFriend gave a nice request that was quite challenging to make work in certain ukulele forms.  Phew!  I am glad to be done with this one.

There are some "b" notes in there that I could not transpose well, so please just ignore them, play a middle "c" or just tranpose up one note in your heads on the fly.......as if!

This song was written by Sally DeFord.  I found this version in the New Era in 2007.
