Probably the Best Song

This song is one of the most touching songs out there.  My kids learned it in primary a few years back and it blew me away!  It was hard to hear and not get a little choked up.  And I dont cry at the drop of a hat....ask my wife, she laments my lack of tearing at special events....weddings, baby births, etc....

Gethsemane is a great tune!   Hope you like it.

This song has a few notes that a typical Uke cant get so it is transposed up 1/2 a step.  The chords are also changed from the original.  (The hands signals are not included).

So it wont accompany well if you are using the sheet music from the Childrens Songbook.

UkeMomFriend gave a nice request that was quite challenging to make work in certain ukulele forms.  Phew!  I am glad to be done with this one.

There are some "b" notes in there that I could not transpose well, so please just ignore them, play a middle "c" or just tranpose up one note in your heads on the fly.......as if!

This song was written by Sally DeFord.  I found this version in the New Era in 2007.
