Where are the ukulele chords for Sisters in Zion? I don't understand how the TAB on the bottom of the sheet music works...

the song wasnt written with, and while i have, at times, made up my own, i am not too good at that. The TAB at the bottom is pretty easy to pick up. each line is a string on the uke, and the number shows you which fret on which string to hold while strumming or plucking said strings.
